NOYA originated from the Urdu language, and its meaning is “beautiful”. The elephant also represents strength, prosperity, and happiness in many cultures. It is our wish that everyone can have an exquisite, beautiful and joyful experience while dining at NOYA.
NOYA is inspired by the Mookata concept, which is a style of cuisine which combines the Korean Barbeque and Chinese hotpot with traditional Thai flavours. Mookata is typically served in a dome-shaped grill with a ring of soup around the pan. The story goes that some soldiers in Chiang Mai grilled meat using their helmets, eventually creating the metal domeshaped hotpot we see today. NOYA is an interactive experience, and is the perfect symphony of spices, flavour and conversations to be enjoyed with your friends and family.
