   TECHNICIAN (ELECTRONIC & HVAC)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement preventive maintenance related to Electronic Engineering (including: CCTV cameras, CCTV camera networks, DVR, fire alarm systems, detector test, BAS / Building Automation System, telephones, LED monitors)

·      Implement preventive maintenance & troubleshoot related to HVAC (include: AHU, AC, Water Cooler Package/WCP, Heat Exchanger/HE, Cooling tower, Fan (exhaust, supply))

  • Respond quickly and immediately make improvements and handle all customer and tenant complaints related to electronic engineering
  • Work together with related teams in handling all matters related to building management
  • Create work reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·      Male, maximum age 30 years old

·      Minimum education SMK in Engineering (Electric/Electronic/Machine)

·      Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Office Building)

·      Willing to work under shift and public holiday

   SECURITY CCTV

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring the security situation and condition of all areas through CCTV cameras (preventive)
  • Compile daily CCTV reports
  • Ensure that every criminal case and disciplinary violation is resolved completely
  • Prepare daily reports of damage, repair or replacement of CCTV cameras
  • Perform daily general cleaning and maintenance of CCTV cameras
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents from outside parties

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimal education SMA/SMK all major
  • Minimal 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably have experience as Security CCTV
  • Have an active Gada Pratama Certificate and KTA
  • Have excellent knowledge regarding security protocols and procedures
  • Responsive, agile, responsible and have high integrity

   TENANT RELATION OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
  • Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department.
  • Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly.
  • Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, All Major.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation or related roles in Building Management or Hospitality Industry (Residential, Strata, or Office).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

   HOUSEKEEPING OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervising work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and conducive workplace.
  • Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min Diploma 3 in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

   HR OPERATION SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting letters related to employee matters
  • Informing relevant parties regarding the preparation of work facilities for new employees
  • Supervising the storage of data and documents related to employee matters to ensure they are always up to date and neatly organized
  • Reviewing and preparing reports related to employee matters
  • Reviewing employee allowance requests and forwarding them to the relevant department
  • Coordinating the management of BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
  • Coordinating with HR Holding regarding salary reports and employee data
  • Coordinating with relevant parties concerning the management of company regulations
  • Conducting exit interviews with employees who submit resignations


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

   MAINTENANCE & CIVIL SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the performance of mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, and VAC equipment to ensure optimal operation 
  • Assist engineering department in preparing the annual budget for mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, and VAC
  • Prepare annual and monthly routine maintenance schedules
  • Provide Working Orders for preventive maintenance according to the schedule
  • Prepare and submit stock data for mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, and VAC equipment, ensuring that spare parts and materials for repairs and maintenance are available
  • Create daily activity reports summarized in a monthly report
  • Conduct morning briefings every morning before operations
  • Supervise, evaluate, and hand over contractor/vendor work
  • Recheck the KWH meter readings of tenants to be submitted to management
  • Coordinate with related departments according to the work plan

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Education Bachelor Degree in Engineering 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Office Tower)
  • Physically and mentally healthy, energetic
  • Have knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics (BAS, SS, FA, CCTV), Plumbing, VAC
  • Proficient in computer skills and able to communicate effectively

   OPERATION BUILDING SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring all the building equipment and its facilities are well functioned and fully maintained
  • Achieving target of customer satisfactions by preparing plan, improvement, and maintaining the quality of service including handling complaints and problem solving, and any other related aspects
  • Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
  • Managing teams of Customer Service, Housekeeping & Security
  • Conducting routine operational control activities and preparing operational reports
