   ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Implement preventive maintenance related to Electronic engineering (including: CCTV cameras, CCTV camera networks, DVR, fire alarm systems, detector test, BAS / Building Automation System, telephones, LED monitors)

·       Handle customer and tenant complaints related to electronic engineering issues.

·       Prepare daily reports on completed tasks and activities.

   HOUSEKEEPING OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and coordinate with the outsourced housekeeping team about work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and conducive workplace
  • Monitoring outsourced activities about cleanliness checklist every week and coordinate with the vendor if any work discrepancies are found in the area
  • Ensure that complaints from internal teams and customers are followed up within the specified timeframe. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting letters related to employee matters
  • Informing relevant parties regarding the preparation of work facilities for new employees
  • Supervising the storage of data and documents related to employee matters to ensure they are always up to date and neatly organized
  • Reviewing and preparing reports related to employee matters
  • Reviewing employee allowance requests and forwarding them to the relevant department
  • Coordinating the management of BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
  • Coordinating with HR Holding regarding salary reports and employee data

   LANDSCAPE OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Check and supervise garden and pool maintenance to ensure it meets predetermined standards on a daily basis

·       Arrange artificial flowers for information desks in mall areas and for the management office in accordance with major events (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Independence Day)

·       Create garden designs for innovation or renovation purposes

·       Evaluate outsourced work and ensure that monthly OS reports are received regularly

·       Coordinate with vendors to perform maintenance on artificial trees

·       Ensure the aesthetics and cleanliness of the mini garden area, redesigning it regularly if necessary

·       Possess knowledge of both organic and inorganic fertilizers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct tenant prospecting in accordance with Central Park Mall's standards 
  • Optimize recurring income through existing tenants, ensuring compliance with Central Park Mall's standards
  • Communicate data for the preparation of unit and island leasing documents, as well as leasing reports, to the relevant departments Proactive and capable of working in a team environment
  • Perform canvassing of competitor malls for market insights and benchmarking

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public relation, or related major
  • At least 2 years working experiences in Leasing for retail industry/Sales/Marketing
  • Able to plan and negotiate and have the knowledge of the Shopping Center Management, Retail Industry.
  • Able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships.

   LEASING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Conduct monitoring related to leasing activities

·       Achieve the leasing targets set by the company

·       Coordinate the Letter of Offer (LOO), prepare leasing reports, and create offers for potential tenants

·       Build and maintain good relationships with tenants, potential tenants, and other parties

·       Submit matters related to the leasing process to Management

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferable Economics or Marketing majors

·      Minimum 5 years of experience as a Leasing Manager

·      Strong understanding of industrial property leasing, including market dynamics and tenant rights

·      Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

·      Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

   MECHANICAL PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule
  • Make a checklist mechanical equipment and daily replacement of damaged spare parts
  • Recording water and gas meters
  • Make work results in a daily logbook 
  • Carrying out Working Order from other departments
  • Ensure STP/WTP, grease trap, gas tank, sun filter, carbon filter are running well
  • Ensure things related to plumbing (piping for gas installations, clean water, dirty water, kitchen and rainwater) running well
