COMPLIANCE & SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Establish HSE standards for tenants, vendors, and other third parties to ensure safe work
·      Work with related functions to conduct risk mapping (risk ranking), hazard identification, and risk control for various types of work available in relevant departments
·      Conduct reviews of facility compliance with applicable HSE, industry, and/or regulatory standards and provide recommendations to relevant functions
·      Develop standards, guidelines, regulations, and legislation, and update the company's compliance status based on predetermined parameters
·      Create HSE campaigns and promotions based on agreed programs
·      Provide training and/or serve as an HSE trainer on required topics
·      Conduct analyses and reviews of accident statistics, non-conformities, and other deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Environmental or Industry), Public Health
·       At least 1 year of working experience in HSE Compliance and Audit K3L
·       Proficiency in compliance administration, document filing, and reporting systems
·       Have Certified AK3 Umum is a must
·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Follow up progress fit out tenant, inspect and monitor Tenant's area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the management.
·       Make daily and monthly reports of fit out's work
·       Monitoring submission of changes to design standards for additional tenant work
·       Manage fit out work permits, handover unit to the tenant, administration activities.
·       Coordinate with related parties regarding the implementation of tenant fitting outs.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·       Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Ensuring all the building equipment and its facilities are well functioned and fully maintained

  • Pengecekan plotingan dan absensi outsource Security
  • Memastikan sistem CCTV berfungsi dengan baik dan melakukan pemeliharaan rutin
  • Memantau dan mengawasi kegiatan di seluruh area gedung melalui sistem CCTV
  • Mempersiapkan perlengkapan untuk kebutuhan event (misalnya kursi dan meja)

PROJECT DESIGN OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete design work from the work order list
  • Conduct an on-site survey after receiving the work order design (field measurement, checking the required materials, and browsing related to the work given)
  • Minimize revisions to the work order list design
  • Conduct a follow-up on the design that has been submitted to the User who gave the work order
  • Meeting with Consultants or Suppliers
  • Follow up on the design progress from the Consultant starting from the technical meeting, on-site survey, design progress, design revision to the kick-off meeting of the work
  • Make a daily report (daily to do list) and the status of each design job
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Interior Design from reputable University
  • Must have minimum 2 years of working experience in related field

VISUAL MERCHANDISER OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Develop monthly creative concepts and visual design proposals for mall decorations, such as backdrops, gates, and installations, for indoor or outdoor areas.
·      Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and design guidelines for production and installation teams
·      Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of all production projects
·      Supervise on-site installation to ensure all elements meet approved design standards, quality, and aesthetic expectations
·      Conduct regular site checks and maintenance to ensure visual consistency and upkeep
·      Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations to continuously enhance the mall’s visual experience and customer engagement
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·       ?Bachelors Degree in Visual Communication Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
·       1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in retail or mall environments
·       Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools
·       Strong creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
·       Good understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and decorative techniques
