   CASUAL LEASING SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To get an exhibitor to fill in exhibition area that is suitable for Central Park Mall's target audience and also a traffic puller to the mall
  • To give strategic ideas for achieving the target and also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • To check and monitor the leasing documentation in order to ensure that all leasing processes are done following the SOP
  • Monitor the activity of loading & unloading Exhibition material and ensuring the exhibition area is in accordance with the agreement
  • To monitor tenant operations and give an analytical report regarding tenant performance in order to achieve better services for future events

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • At least 5 years working experiences in Leasing for retail or Exhibition
  • Have a good relationship and extended network with related brand sponsorships, exhibitors, bazaar organizers, vendors, entertainers, and media
  • Able to plan and negotiate and have the knowledge of the market
  • Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships

   TENANT RELATION SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle tenant complaints
  • Create programs to increase tenant sales every semester
  • Create reports on tenant issues and ensure they are completed on target each month
  • Handle tenant incident insurance claims
  • Facilitate tenant requests to Management
  • Conduct tenant visits
  • Follow up on tenant defect findings
  • Conduct tenant inspections with the relevant team
  • Monitor officer work by preparing daily reports
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team and all departments weekly

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 5 year of working experience in the related field
  • Able to communicate in English, both oral and written

   OPERATION BUILDING SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring all the building equipment and its facilities are well functioned and fully maintained
  • Achieving target of customer satisfactions by preparing plan, improvement, and maintaining the quality of service including handling complaints and problem solving, and any other related aspects
  • Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
  • Managing teams of Customer Service, Housekeeping & Security
  • Conducting routine operational control activities and preparing operational reports

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education background is Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Minimum of 5 years experiences as Building Manager or related roles in Building Management or Hospitality Industry (Residential, Strata, or Office)

   HR OPERATION SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting letters related to employee matters
  • Informing relevant parties regarding the preparation of work facilities for new employees
  • Supervising the storage of data and documents related to employee matters to ensure they are always up to date and neatly organized
  • Reviewing and preparing reports related to employee matters
  • Reviewing employee allowance requests and forwarding them to the relevant department
  • Coordinating the management of BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
  • Coordinating with HR Holding regarding salary reports and employee data
  • Coordinating with relevant parties concerning the management of company regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male, maximum age 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree K3, Medical Science, or Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety).
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have Certified AK3 Umum is a must

   LEASING OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct tenant prospecting in accordance with Central Park Mall's standards
  • Optimize recurring income through existing tenants, ensuring compliance with Central Park Mall's standards
  • Communicate data for the preparation of unit and island leasing documents, as well as leasing reports, to the relevant departments Proactive and capable of working in a team environment
  • Perform canvassing of competitor malls for market insights and benchmarking

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, or related major
  • At least 2 years working experiences in Leasing for retail industry/Sales/Marketing
  • Able to plan and negotiate and have the knowledge of the Shopping Center Management, Retail Industry
  • Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships

   PURCHASING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and verify vendor invoices in accordance with the scheduled weekly invoice submission
  • Process invoices for payment submission to the Finance Department
  • Create and update invoice receipt reports and upload supporting documents to the system
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents related to the Purchasing Department, and distribute other documents from all users and departments
  • Send proof of payment emails from the Finance Department to suppliers
  • Prepare outstanding invoice reports, purchase order (PO) summaries, and discount recaps

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major
  • At least 1 year of experience in the purchasing field
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

   TECHNICIAN (ELECTRONIC/OPERATIONAL & ELECTRIC)

TANGGUNG JAWAB:

  • Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif pada sistem kelistrikan (termasuk panel listrik, lift, escalator, dan genset)
  • Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan rutin fasilitas gedung
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mendiagnosis masalah teknis, serta mengambil tindakan korektif yang tepat
  • Melakukan pengujian dan kalibrasi untuk memastikan kinerja peralatan yang optimal
  • Melaksanakan preventive maintenance terkait engineering electronic (meliputi : kamera CCTV, jaringan kamera CCTV, DVR, fire alarm system, pengetesan detektor, BAS/Building Automation System, telepon, monitor LED).

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Minimal lulusan SMK Ketenagalistrikan/Elektronik
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Teknisi Gedung
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan berbagai jenis peralatan, perangkat elektronik mesin, atau sistem
