   AST. PROJECT COORDINATOR MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Implement and evaluate systems and procedures (SOP) related to project design to ensure alignment with company standards.

·      Coordinate and motivate internal teams and external parties (vendors, contractors, consultants) to ensure all stakeholders work according to plan and clearly understand their responsibilities.

·      Supervise and report project progress consistently to managers and stakeholders, including monitoring schedules, budgets, and overall project performance to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions.

·      Manage documentation of the entire project process, including filing reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.

·      Assist in reviewing and approving technical drawings and design materials to ensure visual outputs meet applicable standards and user expectations.

·      Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may hinder project execution.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

·      Experience working on low-rise and high-rise building projects, including interior building works.

·      Proficient in interior design, CAD/DWG, Sketching, Photoshop, and Corel DRAW.

   MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Memastikan preventive maintenance sesuai dengan schedule

·      Memastikan Working Order telah dikerjakan

·      Memastikan mekanik, electrical, plumbing, dan VAC berjalan dengan lancer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Responding to complaints addressed to the Engineering Department and ensuring complaints have been handled

·      Distributing Work Order (WO) to Engineering Team

·      Reviewing drawings (design from Fit Out & As-built drawings from Tenants)

·      Supervise for testing according to ME building standards by Contractor

·      Checking the handover units

·      Document control, including MEP documents

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·      The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering

·      A fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·      Able to use AutoCAD (drawing 2D/3D) and able to read drawing MEP

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

   PURCHASING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and verify vendor invoices in accordance with the scheduled weekly invoice submission
  • Process invoices for payment submission to the Finance Department
  • Create and update invoice receipt reports and upload supporting documents to the system
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents related to the Purchasing Department, and distribute other documents from all users and departments
  • Send proof of payment emails from the Finance Department to suppliers
  • Prepare outstanding invoice reports, purchase order (PO) summaries, and discount recaps

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      To get an exhibitor to fill in exhibition area that is suitable for Central Park Mall's target audience and also a traffic puller to the mall

·      To give strategic ideas for achieving the target and also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends

·      To check and monitor the leasing documentation in order to ensure that all leasing processes are done following the SOP

·      Monitor the activity of loading & unloading Exhibition material and ensuring the exhibition area is in accordance with the agreement

·      To monitor tenant operations and give an analytical report regarding tenant performance in order to achieve better services for future events

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Establish HSE standards for tenants, vendors, and other third parties to ensure safe work

·      Work with related functions to conduct risk mapping (risk ranking), hazard identification, and risk control for various types of work available in relevant departments

·      Conduct reviews of facility compliance with applicable HSE, industry, and/or regulatory standards and provide recommendations to relevant functions

·      Develop standards, guidelines, regulations, and legislation, and update the company's compliance status based on predetermined parameters

·      Create HSE campaigns and promotions based on agreed programs

·      Provide training and/or serve as an HSE trainer on required topics

·      Mendokumentasikan kejadian dan melaporkan insiden keamanan kepada manajemen
