Ikinari Steak was founded in 2013 by Kunio Ichinose in Tokyo, Japan. Ichinose introduced a unique concept to the dining scene: a "standing steakhouse." This concept allowed customers to enjoy highquality steak without the need for traditional seating arrangements, creating a fast and casual dining experience. Building on its success in Japan, Ikinari Steak began to expand internationally. The chain opened stores in various countries, including the United States, Taiwan, Philiphines and Indonesia being the 186th outlet in the world.
