Gindaco Yokocho is a food-alley concept produced by Tsukiji Gindaco, Japan’s largest and most famous takoyaki chain. Styled after traditional Japanese “Yokocho” (alleyway night markets), this venue combines Tsukiji Gindaco’s signature crispy-outside, creamy-inside takoyaki with other street food staples like downtown teppanyaki, skewers, and highball cocktails.

Gindaco Yokocho is one of F&B ID’s latest initiatives to develop its existing brands. The concept draws inspiration from Japanese street food alleys, so customers not only enjoy the products but also experience a unique atmosphere.
