JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Follow up progress fit out Tenant. Inspect and monitor Tenant’s area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the management
• Make daily and monthly reports of fit out’s work
• Monitoring submission of changes to design standards for additional tenant work
• Manage fit out work permits, handover unit to the tenant, administration activities
• Coordinate with related parties regarding the implementation of tenant fitting outs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
• Proficiency in Ms. Office, Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skill
• Able to work under tightly schedule

• Control occupational health and safety
• Hazard identification in every job and work area
• Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy
• Create report, safety, accident make list need tools and consumables for K3

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensuring all the building equipment and its facilities are well functioned and fully maintained
• Achieving target of customer satisfactions by preparing plan, improvement, and maintaining the quality of service including handling complaints and problem solving, and any other related aspects
• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
• Managing teams of Customer Service, Housekeeping & Security
• Conducting routine operational control activities and preparing operational reports

• Implement preventive maintenance related to Electric engineering (include: panel electric, lift, escalator)
• Implement preventive maintenance related to Electronic engineering (include: CCTV cameras, CCTV camera networks, DVR, fire alarm systems, detector test, BAS / Building Automation System, telephones, LED monitors)
• Implement preventive maintenance & troubleshoot related to HVAC (include: AC, Water Cooler Package/WCP, Heat Exchanger/HE, Cooling tower, Fan (exhaust, supply)
• Create work reports

• Supporting tender and contract development, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties
• Undertaking quantities analysis for project, repair and maintenance work
• Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, and value management
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
